Your Role

With natural health coaching we focus on fixing imbalances in your system, removing obstacles and allow the body to heal itself.  It’s my job as your health coach to identify what those obstacles are and help you get them out of the way.  Once that happens, we see some amazing things happen.

You need to understand that you’re not going to find health in a bottle of pills, whether it’s a pharmaceutical or a natural supplement. Building health is process not a treatment. I’m not against some carefully selected supplements; we all need foundational supplementation because our food supply is so compromised.  In addition, there are some very useful short-term, natural remedies.

If you choose to become a client, what’s expected from you is to follow through with my recommendations. In order to do that you’ll need to understand a few things.

1. Results take change. You need to start doing things differently. If you keep doing all the same things that got you to where you are today, how can you expect anything different? In other words: If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve got. I’m looking for clients who want results.
2. Results may come quickly; many times they do. But typically it takes time to see noticeable, lasting change. Commit to a process not a treatment.
3. If you’re married you’ll need the support of your spouse. Making changes is tough enough without that support.
4. When it comes to detoxification, you may feel worse before you feel better. See my blog article on Herxhiemer Reactions.
5. You need to be honest with yourself and me about how you’re doing and periodically check how you’re feeling. I’ll help you with that.
7. If you do Metabolic Typing, which I highly encourage everyone do, you commit to using Diet Check Records and forwarding them to me at least 2 days per week.

If all this sounds like too much, I encourage you to do some more reading on this web site and educate yourself. There is a lot of very useful, free information here. A good place to start is to click on HEALTHe Research article database. Join the HEALTHe Community and start getting the free newsletter. And don’t forget, you can still avail yourself to some high quality products here.

Sincerely,
